Terms of Service

These terms apply to the DraftPlus website and Windows desktop app ("DraftPlus"), a free, non-commercial League of Legends champion-select helper made by Daniel Edvardsen. By using DraftPlus you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What DraftPlus is

DraftPlus suggests champion picks and bans and shows player champion pools using public game statistics and data from the Riot Games API. Recommendations are statistical estimates for information only; they are not guarantees and you make your own decisions in game.

Acceptable use

• Use DraftPlus only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Don't abuse the service: no scraping, automated bulk requests, attempts to bypass rate limits, or attempts to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to it.
• Don't use DraftPlus to harass, stalk or target other players.
• Follow Riot Games' Terms of Service and game policies when using DraftPlus alongside League of Legends. DraftPlus only reads information that is already shown to you; it does not automate gameplay or give information that is hidden in game.

Free service, no warranty

DraftPlus is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Data may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and the service may change, be unavailable or be discontinued at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, DraftPlus, including lost games, LP or account standing.

Privacy

How DraftPlus handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

League of Legends, champion names, images and other game assets belong to Riot Games, Inc. and are used under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy. Statistics are provided by their respective sources. DraftPlus's own code and design belong to its developer.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The new version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date; continuing to use DraftPlus after that means you accept the updated terms.
